Your data is used to provide dashboard features, store your scan history, improve result quality, and respond to reports. OCR and AI are used only for text extraction and cleanup from label images, while halal status decisions are database-driven.
3. Data Retention and Deletion
You can delete your account from the User Dashboard under Privacy and Data. Deleting your account permanently removes your account record and associated dashboard data, including your saved results and reports.
4. Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect account information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we continuously improve safeguards where practical.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party infrastructure and API providers for hosting, database, and OCR-related processing. These providers process data only as needed to deliver service functionality.
